Advertising Terms and Conditions

Month-to-Month Continuation: Advertising orders automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis after the Initial Term unless terminated or updated.
Credit cards on file will be charged recurringly until the agreement is canceled.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be requested via phone or email.
Ads remain active until the next billing cycle, with no further charges after cancellation.
Note: Payments made in full are non-refundable.

Early Termination: Advertisers can terminate the agreement before the Initial or Renewal Term by: Contacting their SuGanta Business Advisor and Emailing the Partner Support Team.

Early Termination Fee: Equivalent to twice the monthly minimum.

Market-Based Advertising Model: Ad impressions and costs vary based on:

Availability of impressions in specific pin codes or cities.

Competition levels and other advertisers’ budgets in the same area.

Advertisers are encouraged to monitor their ad performance and details via the My Ads Overview page.

No Warranties: Advertising services are provided “as is”, “as available,” and without guarantees on: Quality of results, Performance or accuracy, Effort required to achieve outcomes.

SuGanta Pro Services and Listing Ads Terms of Use

Welcome to SuGanta, India’s premier platform for real estate advertising. SuGanta offers a wide range of tools and services to help property advertisers maximize their visibility and connect with potential buyers, renters, and investors. From Featured Ads to Premium Listings and other promotional services, SuGanta ensures that advertisers achieve optimal results in India’s competitive real estate market. By placing an Ad Order, advertisers (“you” or “Advertiser”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which outline the framework for a seamless and transparent advertising experience.

Key Policies and Conditions

Advertising Agreement: Every advertising campaign on SuGanta begins with a clear agreement between the platform and the advertiser. Ads are booked for a specified time as mentioned in the Ad Order. Once the initial term ends, the Ad Order automatically renews on a month-to-month basis, ensuring uninterrupted visibility unless the advertiser explicitly cancels or updates their order. Payments are processed recurringly, utilizing the credit card or preferred payment method provided by the advertiser. This ensures a hassle-free process and eliminates the risk of service interruptions.
Advertisers have the freedom to cancel their Ads at any time by reaching out to SuGanta’s Partner Support Team via phone or email. Ads remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no additional charges are incurred post-cancellation. However, advertisers must note that all payments made in full are non-refundable, reflecting the commitment to the Ad campaign's agreed timeline.

Early Termination

SuGanta understands the need for flexibility and allows advertisers to terminate their Ads before the completion of the agreed term. However, an early termination fee, equivalent to twice the monthly payment, will be charged to compensate for campaign disruptions. To initiate termination, advertisers must notify SuGanta in writing or through their online dashboard. This policy ensures that campaigns are planned responsibly while providing an option for advertisers to exit if required.

Market-Based Pricing Model

SuGanta employs a dynamic pricing model to offer competitive and fair pricing for advertisers. Ad costs are determined based on factors like market demand, competition, and the geographic location of the target audience. For instance, properties in Tier-1 cities like Mumbai and Delhi may incur higher advertising costs due to higher demand and competition, while Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns offer more economical pricing.
Additionally, SuGanta provides performance metrics to help advertisers predict the potential reach of their campaigns. While these data-driven predictions offer valuable insights, the results may vary depending on market trends and audience behavior. SuGanta ensures transparency in pricing and performance expectations, empowering advertisers to make informed decisions.

Ad Content Guidelines

Advertisers must ensure that their Ad content complies with SuGanta’s Content and Image Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Indian legal standards. The platform strictly prohibits discriminatory content based on caste, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics. Furthermore, Ads promoting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities are not allowed.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content they provide. SuGanta reserves the right to modify or remove Ads that violate these guidelines or fail to meet user expectations. Such actions may be taken without prior notice to maintain the platform’s integrity and ensure a fair advertising environment for all users.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for Ads on SuGanta are non-refundable. This policy emphasizes the importance of commitment to the booked campaign timeline. Advertisers are encouraged to carefully plan their advertising campaigns before finalizing their Ad Orders. Additionally, advertisers are responsible for clearing any late fees or penalties incurred due to delayed payments. SuGanta’s non-refundable policy ensures streamlined operations and reinforces the value of planned campaigns.

No Guarantees or Warranties

SuGanta provides its advertising services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While the platform strives to deliver the best possible results, it does not guarantee specific outcomes such as the number of impressions, clicks, or lead conversions. The visibility and performance of Ads may vary depending on market conditions, user behavior, and other external factors.
Furthermore, SuGanta does not guarantee specific placement or positioning of Ads on its platform or partner sites. Advertisers are encouraged to use the provided metrics and insights to monitor their campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

Confidentiality and Data Usage

SuGanta treats all advertiser data, including ad performance metrics, with the utmost confidentiality. The platform ensures that sensitive information is safeguarded and not misused. Advertisers are prohibited from sharing SuGanta’s pricing details, performance metrics, or proprietary insights with third parties. Violation of this confidentiality policy may result in account suspension or termination. This policy underscores SuGanta’s commitment to maintaining a secure and professional advertising ecosystem.

Prohibited Practices

To maintain the integrity of its platform, SuGanta strictly prohibits certain practices. Advertisers are not allowed to use automated tools or bots to generate fake impressions, clicks, or other engagement metrics. Content promoting illegal, misleading, or harmful activities is also prohibited.
Additionally, any practices that harm SuGanta’s reputation or platform integrity are not tolerated. Advertisers found violating these guidelines may face immediate termination of their Ads without refunds or prior notice. These rules ensure a fair and trustworthy environment for all users.

Dispute Resolution

SuGanta ensures a clear and structured process for resolving disputes. All disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This approach provides an efficient and impartial resolution mechanism.
In cases where disputes remain unresolved through arbitration, legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India. This jurisdiction policy offers clarity and ensures fairness for all parties involved.
